Attorney Stephen P. Peterson was awarded a degree of Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1991. For over twenty years, Attorney Peterson has practiced law in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts.

Attorney Peterson is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Fourth Eastern Middlesex Bar Association.

Attorney Peterson has focused his practice on Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, Probate, Workers Compensation and Real Estate. He has enjoyed great success as a litigator both in criminal cases and civil cases. Attorney Peterson has been successful in obtaining meaningful compensation for his personal injury clients.

Attorney Peterson is very active and highly regarded in the community. He was elected to the Wilmington School Committee from 1997 to 2004 and served as its chairman from 2000 to 2004. He was President of the Wilmington Rotary Club from 1999 to 2000 and was named a Paul Harris Fellow in 2000. He is presently a member of the Wilmington Rotary Club and is a Corporator at Winchester Hospital. He also served on the Wilmington Board of Health and was a past President of the Wilmington Education Foundation.
